Mads Høck (b. 1968) is a pupil of Hans Fagius, Susan Landale and Naji Hakim and is organist at Grundtvigs Kirke in Copenhagen, Denmark. Mads teaches improvisation and interpretation at The Royal Academy of Music in Copenhagen and in church music at The Center for Pastoral Education.
As a soloist Mads has performed in Norway, Sweden, Latvia, Germany, Belgium, France, Portugal, England and Italy. MH has among other things made solo recordings with complete music by M. Duruflé and transcriptions of E. Griegs piano music for organ. As a composer he has written music for organ solo, organ and brass, choir, strings and cantatas for a baroque orchestra.
