Born in Novara in 1991, Tommaso Mazzoletti began his musical studies on the piano before discovering his true vocation for the organ at the age of 12. He studied at the Conservatory of his hometown before continuing at the "Ghedini" Conservatory in Cuneo, in the class of Massimo Nosetti, where he obtained his organ diploma with honors.

Seeking to broaden his musical horizons, he furthered his studies with Emanuele Vianelli and Fausto Caporali before moving to France to study with Pierre Meà. In 2016, he earned a "Master in Musical Interpretation – Concert" from the Haute École de Musique de Genève under the guidance of Alessio Corti. In 2020, he achieved the prestigious "Master in Specialized Musical Interpretation – Soloist" from the Haute École de Musique de Lausanne, studying with Jean-Christophe Geiser.

After ten years as titular organist at the medieval abbey of San Nazzaro Sesia, Tommaso won the competition in 2016 for the position of titular organist of the Reformed Protestant Temples of Gland and Vich in the canton of Vaud, Switzerland. At the St. Paul Temple in Gland, he conceived the construction of the new Brondino-Vegezzi-Bossi organ, inaugurated in 2021.

In 2017, he founded the "Orgue en Jeux – La Côte" association, where he serves as president and artistic director. Since 2020, he has also been the titular organist of the Kuhn organ at the Catholic Church of Saint Teresa in Lausanne.

Tommaso Maria Mazzoletti is regularly invited as a concert artist to perform in major cities across Europe and America. He is also invited to perform as a soloist with orchestras and participates in various chamber music ensembles. His performances have been broadcast live on RTS – Radio Télévision Suisse, Espace 1, Espace 2, and Bayerischer Rundfunk.

In 2012, he won the National Arts Award in Rome, granted by the Italian Ministry of Education. In 2016, he received the Pierre Segond Prize for his musical merits from the Canton of Geneva, and in 2020, he was awarded the "Aide à la création" grant by the City of Gland.

Tommaso has recorded numerous CDs for the Brilliant Classics label, focusing on the rediscovery and promotion of 20th-century Italian organ music. Between 2020 and 2022, he recorded the complete organ works of Pietro Alessandro Yon, across five CDs, at Notre-Dame Cathedral in Lausanne and St. Paul Temple in Gland.

In 2022, he released the CD "L'Orgue Soliste", featuring works for organ and symphony orchestra, as well as the CD "Duo Les Brumes – Music for Flute and Organ", in collaboration with flutist Enea Luzzani. The CD "Jean Langlais – Complete Works for Trumpet and Organ", in collaboration with Nicolas Bernard, is set to be released in 2024.
